  • Run and improve production infrastructure across Azure and AWS, covering compute, networking, databases, load balancing, and identity services.
  • Assess and deliver cloud architecture improvements that strengthen availability, security, reliability, and operational efficiency.
  • Help integrate acquired companies’ infrastructure into Irth’s cloud environments, operating practices, and security standards.
  • Deploy and maintain security controls for identity and access, network segmentation, web application firewalls, TLS, and secrets.
  • Coordinate vulnerability fixes and patching, and address findings from security scans and penetration tests.
  • Help meet SOC 2 Type II requirements by maintaining operational controls, gathering audit evidence, and documenting processes.
  • Spot security risks and work with stakeholders to resolve them.
  • Monitor production services and maintain alerts for availability and performance.
  • Contribute to incident response, root cause investigations, and corrective action planning.
  • Join the on-call rotation and troubleshoot production issues.
  • Keep runbooks, architecture diagrams, and technical documentation up to date.
  • Automate operational work with PowerShell, Bash, Python, or comparable scripting tools.
  • Build and maintain infrastructure as code with Terraform, Bicep, or equivalent tools.
  • Support and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar platforms.
  • Track cloud usage and spending, find optimization opportunities, and improve cost efficiency.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Have 3–5 years of experience in cloud engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps, or infrastructure engineering supporting production workloads.
  • Bring hands-on experience with Azure and AWS in production environments.
  • Have supported SaaS applications in regulated or security-focused environments.
  • Understand IAM/RBAC, network segmentation, WAF, TLS, secrets management, and vulnerability remediation.
  • Have experience with production monitoring, alerting, incident response, and troubleshooting.
  • Be proficient in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
  • Have used GitHub Actions or comparable CI/CD platforms.
  • Have practical experience with Terraform, Bicep, or similar infrastructure-as-code tools.
  • Communicate clearly in writing, troubleshoot effectively, and use sound judgment to assess operational risk and escalate issues.
  • Have exposure to Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Have experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or comparable compliance frameworks.
  • Be familiar with Wiz, PRTG, Vanta, or SentinelOne.
  • Hold relevant cloud certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, or Azure or AWS security certifications.
  • Have experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or infrastructure integrations.
  • Have experience with Windows Server, IIS, SQL Server, or Azure SQL Managed Instance.
