Senior Civil Engineer – Madrid Hybrid
Senior Civil Engineer responsible for civil and structural calculations on international refining, petrochemical, hydrogen, and CCUS projects. Coordinate engineering teams, consultants, and construction activities from Madrid.

- Perform civil and structural calculations, including foundations, piling, earthworks, retaining walls, compressor foundations, dynamic analyses, steel structures, and blast-resistant buildings
- Interpret geotechnical reports
- Prepare contractual requisitions and work specifications for civil and structural activities
- Review, comment on, and approve shop drawings for steel structures and precast concrete elements
- Coordinate with civil and structural teams and other disciplines
- Verify that engineering deliverables meet project specifications
- Identify potential contractual changes and prepare work-hour estimates
- Report deviations, technical issues, and unresolved discrepancies to the Civil Engineering Leader and Engineering Manager
- Coordinate with specialist consultants, the Design team, and construction personnel
- Address site queries during construction
- Conduct periodic construction inspections and issue completion certificates
- Keep current with developments in civil and structural engineering
- Carry out other duties reasonably assigned by engineering management
आवश्यकताएँ
- Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas projects, particularly design and calculation work
- Excellent command of Spanish and English
- Knowledge of Spanish and international standards and codes, including EHE, CTE, EAE, Eurocodes, AISC, and ACI
- Advanced proficiency in STAAD.Pro, STAAD Foundation, SAP2000, IDEA StatiCa, and Microsoft Office
