Senior Android Monetization Specialist
Lead ad monetization optimization for TechBiz Global recruitment clients, improving mediation and bidding across high-scale utility and casual Android apps.
विवरण
- Develop and maintain scalable native Android ad architectures with Kotlin and Java.
- Implement interstitial, app open, rewarded video, native, and banner ad formats.
- Configure and optimize mediation stacks, particularly AppLovin MAX and Google AdMob.
- Design caching, prefetching, and asynchronous loading to reduce latency, limit dropped ads, and improve show rates.
- Build code triggers, contextual engagement signals, and dynamic refresh logic to increase competition among programmatic bidders.
- Integrate, test, and maintain third-party ad network SDKs, custom mediation adapters, and bidding partners.
- Track eCPM, ARPDAU, latency, and impression depth.
- Investigate fill rate declines and mediation errors.
- Maintain compliance with Google Play policies, AdMob and AppLovin quality guidelines, consent frameworks, and invalid traffic rules.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bring at least five years of professional native Android development experience with Kotlin or Java on utility apps.
- Have at least five years of hands-on technical experience with mobile ad networks and mediation platforms, especially AppLovin MAX and Google AdMob.
- Show a record of building and maintaining monetization layers for high-scale utility or casual Android apps.
- Understand in-app programmatic bidding, waterfall setups, floor pricing, and real-time auctions in depth.
- Understand utility app lifecycles, including user journeys, retention patterns, and effective timing for ad placements.
- Connect software architecture decisions to ad revenue performance and unit economics.
- Be fluent in English.
