Frontend Software Engineer, React and TypeScript (Romania, Remote)
Build responsive React and TypeScript interfaces for a retail technology client, with a focus on performance, accessibility, security, testing, and frontend architecture.

- Build complex, responsive interfaces using the project’s framework
- Write clean, testable code and create unit and end-to-end tests
- Review colleagues’ code
- Design component structures, state management, and API integrations
- Improve load times and rendering performance
- Meet accessibility standards
- Protect applications against cross-site scripting and related security risks
- Ensure consistent behavior across browsers and devices
- Turn UX designs into functional interfaces
- Coordinate API contracts with backend teams
- Support junior developers and share frontend practices
- Develop solutions for a retail technology provider focused on point-of-sale and store operations
आवश्यकताएँ
- Substantial experience with React
- Substantial experience with TypeScript
- Substantial experience with GraphQL
- Experience using CSS-in-JS, specifically PandaCSS
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to discussions
- An independent, self-directed approach to work
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks and decisions
- Regular use of AI tools to improve productivity, automate or reduce repetitive tasks, support decisions, and produce higher-quality work
- Ability to use AI tools responsibly by writing effective prompts, critically checking outputs, understanding their limitations, and owning the final result
- Node.js experience is an advantage
- Experience with headless CMS platforms, preferably Contentful, is an advantage
- Playwright experience is an advantage
