Senior Affiliate Team Lead | Intrepid Asia | Hybrid Thailand
Lead affiliate and KOL growth for Intrepid Asia’s Southeast Asian ecommerce brands. Own partner strategy, campaign performance, budgets, and a team of 3–5 specialists.

- Own the strategy, delivery, and ongoing improvement of affiliate and KOL marketing initiatives
- Guide, support, and develop a 3–5-person team
- Source, onboard, and cultivate affiliate and KOL partnerships
- Set and negotiate commission structures and commercial agreements
- Evaluate campaign performance across traffic, conversions, and revenue, then optimize against KPIs
- Build lasting relationships with affiliates, KOLs, influencers, and partner networks
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, content, product, commercial, and analytics teams
- Oversee affiliate and KOL budgets with a focus on return on investment
- Translate performance data into clear reports, insights, and recommended actions
- Uphold company policies, applicable regulations, and brand requirements
- Coordinate affiliate promotions with wider ecommerce campaign plans
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bring 5–7 years of experience spanning affiliate, influencer, or digital marketing
- Have at least 1–2 years of experience managing people
- Demonstrate success leading and motivating a small team
- Understand affiliate networks, influencer management platforms, and content development approaches
- Use analytics and performance data to spot trends and guide decisions
- Communicate fluently in both English and Thai, in writing and conversation
- Take initiative, work independently, and stay focused on measurable results
- Have experience with affiliate tracking systems, KOL management tools, and analytics software
