Senior Accounting Analyst – São Paulo, Brazil (Hybrid)
Senior Accounting Analyst responsible for month-end close, consolidation, financial statements, and audits at Orizon. Brazilian company transforming waste into materials, renewable energy, and sustainable solutions.

- Oversee the monthly accounting close with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and timely completion.
- Analyze and reconcile accounting balances, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
- Compile information and supporting records for financial statement consolidation.
- Prepare and review financial statements and accompanying notes.
- Develop information and reports for presentation to the Executive Board and shareholders.
- Fulfill independent audit requests with relevant documentation, analyses, and explanations.
- Assist with management reporting and accounting analyses.
- Contribute to accounting process improvement and automation initiatives.
- Track and implement applicable accounting standards, including CPC and IFRS.
- Assess accounting processes for risks, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Handle additional Accounting department activities and requests as needed.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Substantial accounting experience, preferably with medium-sized or large organizations.
- Background in accounting close, consolidation, and financial statement preparation.
- Working knowledge of CPC and IFRS standards.
- Experience supporting independent audits.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to meet deadlines while managing large volumes of information.
- Experience consolidating corporate groups.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly Datasul.
- Experience using accounting management and reporting platforms such as Accountfy and Dattos.
- Experience preparing and presenting information for the Executive Board and shareholders.
- Background in process improvement projects and accounting standards implementation.
