Lead accounting activities for GSCF’s working-capital solution entities, including month-end close, US GAAP reporting, controls, audits, and accounting-system automation.

- Support the CCS Controller with full-cycle accounting for CCS entities
- Manage month-end close activities, including reconciliations and variance analysis
- Handle accounting for purchased receivables, settlements, collection activity, and related balance sheet accounts
- Help prepare accurate, complete financial statements under US GAAP
- Execute and document internal controls
- Contribute to external audits and financial reporting requirements
- Work with Operations and IT to strengthen data integrity and automate workflows between the factoring platform and accounting system

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- CPA qualification preferred
- At least four years of accounting experience
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
- Experience improving processes and implementing systems
- Experience in factoring, asset-based lending, or financial services preferred
- Fund accounting experience preferred
- Experience working in a fast-growing or high-paced PE- or VC-owned company preferred
