- Interpret for clients in social services, customer care, and finance

- At least 6–12 months of experience in remote medical interpretation
- C1 English proficiency, demonstrated through EF SET 4-Skill, TOEFL, or CAE
- Recent ALTA (9+) or LanguageStat/PICSI (75%–80%+) certification preferred; issued within the past 12 months
- Strong command of medical and customer service terminology
- HIPAA and FWA certifications, or willingness to obtain them
- Clear background check
- Wired Ethernet connection; Wi-Fi is not accepted
- USB noise-canceling headset
- Windows 10 or later computer with at least 4 GB RAM
- Private, quiet work area
