- Lead and develop two engineering teams in partnership with Product, Design, and Data
- Deliver high-quality engineering work at speed while supporting business objectives
- Build a high-performance culture centered on ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Guide team members’ development through regular feedback and individual growth plans
- Maintain alignment and clear communication across squads and stakeholder groups
- Track and improve engineering measures such as quality, performance, and productivity
- Help shape tribe-level strategy by linking technology decisions to business outcomes
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- Professional background in software development
- People-management experience with a track record of leading engineering teams
- Experience with distributed, highly scalable, and highly available systems
- Working knowledge of systems architecture and engineering best practices
- Experience collaborating across Product, Design, and Data functions
- Strong communication and influencing abilities with stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Ability to make decisions based on data and business impact
- Experience with search, recommendation, or relevance systems, including ranking and search engines
- Familiarity with experimentation such as A/B testing and user experience optimization
