Provide virtual, evidence-based mental health care to MinuteClinic patients in Georgia. Responsibilities include counseling, treatment planning, psychosocial support, and care for individuals, couples, and families.

- Provide psychosocial support and education to individuals, couples, and families aged 13 and older
- Practice within the full scope of your license with clinical care team support
- Help build and expand the MinuteClinic practice
- Deliver evidence-based mental health services
- Perform diagnostic assessments, coordinate care, develop treatment plans, and provide short-term counseling
- Apply motivational interviewing, problem-solving therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy
- Promote continuity of care through assessment and treatment-planning tools
- Provide virtual therapy and engage patients across multiple platforms
- Deliver crisis intervention and coordinate with patients and care teams
आवश्यकताएँ
- Hold a Georgia license as an LCSW, LPC, LMHC, or LMFT
- Maintain a current, active, unrestricted license as an LCSW, LPC, LMHC, LMFT, or LCMHC
- Obtain additional state licenses as required by business needs
- Demonstrate strong diagnostic, care coordination, treatment-planning, and short-term counseling abilities
- Have experience using evidence-based approaches such as motivational interviewing, problem-solving therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy
- Show excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills
- Have experience delivering virtual therapy or be willing to learn and adapt to it
- Possess a thorough understanding of the psychosocial dimensions of illness and health
- Be comfortable with technology, electronic health records, and engagement across multiple platforms
- Understand insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare billing requirements
- Demonstrate strong crisis intervention capabilities
- Have prior experience in a mental health clinic or hospital
- Hold a completed master's degree from an accredited college or university
- Be licensed in Georgia as an LCSW, LPC, Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), or LMFT
