- Help plan and deliver go-to-market strategies and marketing initiatives.
- Support customer acquisition and retention across individual and business segments.
- Help shape and refine the organization’s value proposition.
- Build content strategies and produce sales enablement materials.
- Lead campaigns for lead generation, customer engagement, and retention.
- Help develop go-to-market propositions for products and customer or market segments.
- Coordinate B2C direct marketing, advertising, promotions, events, collateral, website work, and related initiatives.
- Work with business partners on advertising, promotions, sponsorships, events, collateral, website work, and related initiatives.
- Manage campaign workflows, including preparing creative briefs and coordinating campaign requests.
- Secure campaign reviews and approvals from relevant business partners, with financial justification or ROI support.
- Serve as the agency contact for multichannel advertising and marketing campaigns.
- Apply market research and consumer insights to marketing and brand experience strategies.
- Assist the Marketing Manager in overseeing advertising and marketing budgets.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
आवश्यकताएँ
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
- At least 5–8 years of professional experience in social marketing, advertising, social media, or project management.
- Experience managing clients and agency relationships.
- Experience working with senior management is a plus.
- Proficiency with computers and Windows-based software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
- Professional and ethical conduct in keeping with company standards.
