  • Apply Museum of Ice Cream’s established voice across marketing channels and guest touchpoints
  • Develop integrated campaign concepts and copy from brief through execution
  • Collaborate with designers and creative leads to produce cohesive, insight-led work
  • Turn audience insights, marketing strategy, and channel requirements into creative concepts and copy
  • Write for regional and local marketing, OOH, paid and performance media, websites, landing pages, email, newsletters, lifecycle marketing, organic social, brand partnerships, activations, retail, events, onsite experiences, and local messaging
  • Contribute to occasional internal and employee communications
  • Edit, proofread, and quality-check copy for clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency
  • Create messaging hierarchies and campaign narratives
  • Add examples and learnings to brand voice documentation
  • Work with Growth and Lifecycle teams on conversion-focused copy informed by performance insights
  • Partner with Social and Brand Partnerships teams to identify storytelling opportunities
  • Manage assigned briefs, deadlines, and revision cycles
  • Communicate progress and tradeoffs while responding constructively to feedback

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Bring 4–6 years of copywriting experience at an advertising, design, or creative agency or within a consumer-facing brand
  • Provide a portfolio featuring conceptual campaigns and polished writing across multiple channels, with your individual contribution clearly identified
  • Translate consumer insights, strategies, and briefs into distinctive creative ideas and compelling copy
  • Demonstrate range across campaign headlines, digital and performance copy, lifecycle communications, and detailed onsite or informational messaging
  • Understand how brand voice, audience behavior, channel context, and conversion shape effective copy
  • Have experience working with designers, creative leads, and marketers and using feedback to improve the work
  • Bring excellent organization, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Manage multiple briefs and deliver dependable work in a fast-moving environment
