- Assess reserves for Contractor-Controlled and Owner-Controlled Insurance Programs (CCIP/OCIP).
- Analyze claims experience, loss development, reserve assumptions, and potential deficiencies.
- Model stochastic reserve scenarios, including P50, P70, and P80 estimates.
- Prepare a concise actuarial report with recommendations and the required opinion letter.
