- Build and update project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Track project spending against budgets and investigate variances.
- Assess discrepancies and suggest steps to strengthen cost control.
- Help estimate project costs using materials, labor, and industry pricing.
- Work with project managers, estimators, and leaders on accurate financial plans.
- Keep budget records current and spot ways to improve financial processes.
- Use QuickBooks for daily accounting and reliable financial records.
- Create customer invoices, manage billing, and monitor receivables.
- Record vendor bills and expenses, and assist with payables.
