विवरण

  • Drive business problems from discovery through delivery, agreeing on expected outcomes with sponsors.
  • Capture needs from product managers, analysts, and customers, documenting problem statements, user journeys, and acceptance criteria.
  • Sequence and prioritize work to deliver value in stages.
  • Break problems into AI agents, deterministic tools, data retrieval, integrations, interfaces, and human review.
  • Create scalable, high-performing, cost-efficient designs that meet architecture, security, and data standards.
  • Partner with Product, UX, Site Reliability Engineering, and fellow architects.
  • Develop quick prototypes to test solution approaches.
  • Deliver complete solutions spanning agents, skills, tools, connectors, integrations, and user interfaces.
  • Work with Claude Code and other AI coding tools, checking generated output for quality, security, and correctness.
  • Use AI to automate recurring development and operational work.
  • Establish test plans with Quality Assurance colleagues and testing agents.
  • Move solutions from prototype into production, engaging Software Development as needed.
  • Set success measures, track usage, AI output quality, and business impact, then improve solutions using results and feedback.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to take unclear business challenges through to production solutions.
  • Practical experience building with large language models, including agents, tool use, data retrieval, and output quality evaluation.
  • Substantial background in solution architecture and/or solutions engineering.
  • Able to write, review, and debug code with AI-powered tools.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills, including explaining technical trade-offs to nontechnical stakeholders and executives.
  • Able to lead technical project teams, guide decisions, and resolve disagreements constructively.
  • Collaborative approach with the confidence to make decisions and meet timelines.
  • Action-oriented, iterative working style with strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to identify root issues and decision implications.
  • Experience with Claude Code or comparable AI coding tools is a plus.
  • Experience with AWS and Model Context Protocol integrations is a plus.
  • Must provide current citizenship and/or permanent residency details for compliance with U.S. Export Control Laws and Regulations.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship requirements are covered in the application.
