Mid-Level Accounts Receivable Analyst – Contracts, Billing and Collections | São Paulo Hybrid
São Carlos is seeking a financial analyst to manage billing, contracts, collections, and reconciliations for its commercial real estate investment and management operations in Brazil.

- Manage operational billing for minimum rent, percentage rent, condominium fees, service fees, and other contractually defined revenue.
- Audit lease contracts on schedule to verify agreed terms and the accurate application of adjustments and charges.
- Oversee accounts receivable activities, including receipt tracking, negotiations, agreement formalization, reconciliations, delinquency follow-up, and collections scheduling.
- Meet accounting close deadlines by completing assigned activities, controls, and reports accurately and on time.
- Assist internal and external customers with questions about contracts, billing, collections, and received payments through available support channels.
- Track departmental performance indicators and controls while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce financial and operational risks.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in billing, collections, and contract records to maintain accurate, organized, and reliable information.
- Help implement process and procedure improvements that standardize activities and strengthen internal controls.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Completed or ongoing bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Financial Management, or a related field.
- Experience analyzing contracts, billing rent and condominium fees, managing accounts receivable, and performing financial reconciliations.
- Knowledge of accounting principles.
- Retail experience is a plus.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Advanced Excel skills for building controls, performing reconciliations, analyzing data, and preparing reports.
- Experience using ERP systems and financial management tools.
