  • Adapt centrally developed campaigns, messaging, creative assets, and workflows to Spanish culture, language, shopping habits, and market conditions.
  • Plan and deliver Spain-specific campaigns across channels, from initial brief through launch.
  • Manage Spanish CRM journeys and lifecycle automations across acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
  • Research Spanish users, competitors, media, and shopping behavior to develop actionable market insights.
  • Apply consumer insights to product and marketing decisions.
  • Collaborate with User Acquisition on creatives tailored to the Spanish market.

  • Degree in business, marketing, communications, or a comparable track record.
  • At least five years of experience in consumer marketing.
  • Experience in technology, e-commerce, or retail is preferred.

  • Based in Barcelona or Madrid.
  • Native-level Spanish proficiency.
