Junior Field Consultant – Belo Horizonte (Hybrid)
Support Kumon franchise units in applying the Kumon Method and developing their operations. Train franchisees, assess performance, and help strengthen the education network.

- Visit franchise units, tailoring guidance to support proper implementation of the Kumon Method and the growth of franchisees and their businesses.
- Plan and present regional and general meetings for franchisees, while supporting meetings with students’ parents.
- Organize and deliver specialized training programs for franchisees.
- Provide unit-specific consulting based on each franchise’s profile and needs, and evaluate its impact through performance analysis.
- Plan and execute activities that promote the Kumon brand.
- Support franchisee, student, and parent satisfaction by organizing and participating in events.
- Prepare and distribute reports to keep support teams and the direct manager informed.

- Bachelor’s degree completed.
- English proficiency is an advantage.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Excel.
- Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
- Experience in franchising, business operations, commercial operations, and/or consulting.
- Experience in education is an advantage.
- Availability and willingness to travel.
- Residence in Belo Horizonte or the surrounding metropolitan area.
- Commitment to the education sector and alignment with the company’s method and philosophy.
- Valid Category B driver’s license and highway driving experience.
