  • Meet with new and returning residential clients at prearranged appointments.
  • Start each sales route with scheduled appointments; leads and marketing materials are provided.
  • Build customer rapport and learn about their organization needs.
  • Tour customers’ homes to identify opportunities.
  • Explain the available products and services.
  • Recommend closet designs.
  • Apply sales training and communication skills to help residential customers organize their homes.
  • Close the sale.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • No degree, certification, or prior sales experience is required.
  • Be open to coaching.
  • Bring a growth mindset and willingness to complete 13 weeks of paid sales training.
  • Have reliable access to a motor vehicle.
  • Hold a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
  • Be able to attend training in Shirley, Massachusetts.
  • Be prepared to enter residential homes, recommend closet designs, and complete sales.
  • Be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
