- Meet with new and returning residential clients at scheduled appointments
- Launch each sales route with assigned leads and marketing materials
- Develop customer relationships by identifying their organization needs
- Evaluate homes in person to identify design opportunities
- Explain the company’s products and services to customers
- Recommend closet designs tailored to each customer’s needs
- Apply sales training and communication skills to address home-organization challenges
- Close sales with residential customers

- Must be receptive to coaching
