- Transform Paires’ source material into weekly articles, social posts, newsletters, and video.
- Produce website articles, founder-voice and company posts for LinkedIn and X, newsletters, and short interview clips.
- Manage the content calendar and determine how each source asset should be developed.
- Write and edit polished content while meeting publication deadlines.
- Collaborate with the brand and design team on the presentation of each asset.
- Maintain the interview library and turn founder and investor conversations into clips, quotes, and stories.
- Own content output and performance by sustaining a weekly cadence and monitoring engagement from founders and investors.
- Report directly to Paires’ two co-founders.

- Demonstrated experience running weekly content for a named brand or publication, with work samples and measurable results.
- Strong writing skills in a restrained style, including the ability to turn transcripts into finished articles quickly.
- Ability to edit short-form video independently or provide examples cut from longer recordings.
- A talent for identifying compelling stories in raw material that others might overlook.
- Effective collaboration with designers or brand leads, while incorporating direction on visual style and voice without slowing delivery.
- Daily use of AI tools with sound judgment about when they enhance work and when they could reduce quality.
- Familiarity with founders and venture capital is advantageous but not required.
