- Build and maintain full-stack features across frontend applications and backend services.
- Develop backend APIs for onboarding, authentication, transaction lifecycles, and operational workflows.
- Create and improve customer-facing and internal web applications.

- Implement secure authentication and authorization with OAuth 2.0.
- Deliver scalable backend capabilities in a microservices environment.
- Maintain security, performance, reliability, and observability standards, including monitoring.
- Contribute to code reviews, technical design discussions, and architecture decisions.
- Create and maintain clear technical documentation.
- Take features from design through production.

- Bring at least three years of software engineering experience across frontend and backend systems.
- Have strong experience developing backend services in Go and/or Java.
- Be proficient with Node.js and TypeScript 5.
- Have experience building frontend applications with Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
- Understand RESTful API design well.
- Bring strong SQL skills and PostgreSQL experience.
- Have worked in AWS environments.
- Be familiar with microservices and distributed backend systems.
- Have AWS experience, including S3.
- Have experience with containerized services, Kubernetes, Helm, and Terraform.
- Have implemented OAuth 2.0 flows.
- Have used Grafana or a comparable monitoring platform.
- Be experienced with Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
- Have used VS Code or Cursor for debugging.
- Understand multithreading and goroutines.
- Have worked with webhooks and/or WebSockets.
- Bring architecture and system design experience.
- Be comfortable using AI-assisted development tools.
- Fintech, crypto, payments, or other regulated-industry experience is a plus.
- Experience building internal dashboards or operational tools is a plus.
- Understand authentication, authorization, and secure system design.
- Complete a brief, two-minute video question during screening.
