Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and related platforms for Power Digital Marketing. Drive performance reporting, testing, strategic execution, and client outcomes.

- Support the delivery and performance of paid advertising campaigns across assigned accounts
- Collaborate with lead strategists or independently manage end-to-end strategy for selected core clients
- Oversee reporting, optimization, campaign operations, budgets, pacing, and performance monitoring
- Ensure accurate setup, tracking, naming conventions, and thorough quality assurance across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other paid media platforms
- Build and optimize paid advertising programs from launch through reporting, pacing, and ongoing monitoring
- Find growth opportunities, develop testing hypotheses, and recommend data-informed improvements aligned with client goals
- Apply client objectives, limitations, and brand considerations to strategic and execution decisions
- Own client testing roadmaps, define next steps, and prioritize experiments
- Complete campaign launches, updates, and key deliverables on schedule
- Create and present performance reports and recaps through clear data storytelling
- Use Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem, including Power Circuit and nova Creative Affinity
- Propose new ideas, efficiencies, frameworks, and process improvements
- Apply AI tools to increase efficiency, strengthen performance analysis, and improve operational workflows
- Achieve performance targets including $20K revenue per employee and 90% client retention
आवश्यकताएँ
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing
- At least 1 year of direct-response marketing experience in e-commerce; lead generation and B2B experience are advantageous
- At least 1 year using Meta or Google Ads for direct-response campaigns; experience with TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, or other platforms is advantageous
- At least 1 year leading paid advertising strategy for direct-response marketing initiatives
- At least 1 year of experience with Google Analytics and Shopify; familiarity with other technical platforms is advantageous
- At least 1 year of client-facing experience managing communications
- Advanced Excel proficiency and a strong understanding of advanced Excel features
- Strong data analysis capabilities
- Highly dependable, self-motivated, energetic, positive, and well organized, with effective time-management skills
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for problem-solving, ongoing learning, and personal development
- Advanced spoken and written English proficiency
