Arcadis is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer in Makati for a hybrid, full-time role supporting sustainable infrastructure projects. The position covers engineering calculations, design documentation, multidisciplinary coordination, and guidance for junior engineers.

- Deliver assigned project components in line with engineering, quality, safety, schedule, and budget standards
- Prepare calculations, analyses, designs, models, reports, and technical documents with limited supervision
- Help develop and implement engineering solutions across projects of varying complexity
- Investigate technical matters and complete assessments that inform design choices and problem resolution
- Support engineering solution development while expanding knowledge of interconnected project components
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to produce integrated design solutions
- Partner with Arcadis GEC and regional project teams to support delivery and address technical challenges
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and project team members
- Keep stakeholders informed about project progress, technical developments, and delivery expectations
- Offer technical direction and support to junior engineers
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or an equivalent qualification
- Professional engineering license or registration when required by local regulations
- Five to seven years of relevant professional engineering experience
- Background supporting engineering and design work in consulting, infrastructure, or engineering environments
- Strong technical expertise in a relevant specialist engineering discipline
- Capacity to complete engineering work independently and resolve technical issues through evidence-based analysis
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork abilities
- Experience applying quality, risk, and safety practices on engineering projects
- Ability to coach and mentor junior colleagues
- Well-developed planning, organizational, and time-management skills
- Proficiency with engineering software and desktop tools for technical analysis, design, and reporting
- Understanding of sustainable engineering principles and practices
