  • Own and maintain iRoofing’s social media content calendar
  • Produce posts, graphics, reels, short videos, stories, and other digital assets
  • Appear on camera for engaging, personality-led video content
  • Develop concepts, hooks, scripts, and creative ideas for short-form video
  • Write captions and promotional copy for roofing professionals
  • Transform product features, customer stories, industry developments, company updates, and educational subjects into content
  • Handle daily publishing, comments, messages, mentions, and community interactions
  • Follow social media and roofing-sector trends, along with competitor activity
  • Record photos and videos at trade shows, events, customer visits, and company activities
  • Conduct interviews with customers, colleagues, partners, and industry specialists
  • Assist with planning, launching, managing, and optimizing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
  • Define target audiences, messaging, creative directions, and calls to action
  • Monitor campaign budgets and results while testing audiences, creative, messaging, and tactics
  • Measure impressions, clicks, leads, conversions, cost per lead, and return on ad spend
  • Support retargeting and lead-acquisition initiatives
  • Coordinate landing pages, creative materials, and campaign communications
  • Contribute to campaigns for launches, promotions, webinars, trade shows, partnerships, and company events
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success
  • Measure and communicate social media and digital advertising results
  • Use performance data to suggest improvements that increase audience reach, awareness, engagement, traffic, leads, and customer acquisition
  • Keep current with social networks, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and digital marketing practices

आवश्यकताएँ

  • At least two years of experience in social media, digital marketing, paid media, or communications
  • Strong English writing, communication, and storytelling abilities
  • Practical experience managing several social media channels
  • Confidence appearing on camera and representing a brand through social content
  • Strong spoken English and the ability to communicate naturally and enthusiastically on video
  • Experience producing short-form video for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
  • Experience using Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Working knowledge of digital advertising principles, including audience definition and targeting
  • Comfort with marketing analytics and data-informed decision-making
  • A creative perspective and strong understanding of compelling digital content
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to oversee multiple campaigns and competing priorities
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team
  • Willingness and ability to learn new technology, software, and marketing tools
  • Proactive, curious approach with an interest in testing new ideas
  • Experience working with global or US-based business teams
  • A quiet workspace and an internet connection with at least 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds
  • Preferred: Experience building and managing LinkedIn for B2B, SaaS, or professional audiences
  • Preferred: Experience creating and improving TikTok content
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or comparable tools
