- Help evolve the PSD website from a newly launched platform into a performance-focused digital channel
- Track and evaluate website performance with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Contentsquare
- Examine user behavior, customer journeys, heatmaps, session recordings, and engagement data
- Recommend improvements to user experience, accessibility, content performance, and conversion journeys
- Contribute to SEO and content optimization work
- Partner with internal teams and external providers to strengthen website performance and user experience
- Compare digital best practices across Terumo business units and external organizations
- Build dashboards, reports, and insights that inform data-driven website optimization
आवश्यकताएँ
- Working toward a bachelor’s or master’s degree in digital marketing, business management, communications, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated interest in digital marketing, marketing technology, artificial intelligence, and data-led decision-making
- Comfortable independently investigating new tools, approaches, and industry practices
- Analytical thinker with strong research and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to take responsibility for assigned projects
- Able to present recommendations clearly to marketing and business stakeholders
- Fluent written and spoken English
