- Provide operational and tactical support to the Digital Marketing team
- Assist with the department’s operational and administrative activities
- Audit, organize, and keep marketing content and assets up to date
- Maintain databases and content calendars
- Move content between documents or platforms while keeping information complete and organized
- Help create templates, presentations, and reports
- Conduct market research and gather relevant information
- Contribute ideas and initiatives for marketing activities
- Attend daily meetings and collaborate on team activities
आवश्यकताएँ
- Currently in the final semesters of a Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related degree program
- Intermediate proficiency with Canva and Microsoft Office 365
- Intermediate English proficiency at the B1/B2 level
- Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and metrics analysis
- Experience using artificial intelligence tools to support content creation and research
- Strong writing and proofreading skills for social media and email content
- Research, organization, adaptability, and attention to detail
- HubSpot, Google, Udemy, or similar certifications in marketing fundamentals are desirable
- Knowledge of services in the technology sector is desirable
- Familiarity with Asana, Trello, Slack, or similar tools is desirable
