  • Design and improve Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
  • Create reusable pipeline templates and shared components.
  • Automate security checks, including SAST, SCA, container scanning, SBOM generation, and secrets detection.
  • Configure, scale, and secure the Software Factory platform, including GitLab, JFrog Artifactory, and SonarQube.
  • Set up systems and staging and test clusters, and manage automated tool backups.
  • Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code blueprints with Ansible and OpenTofu.
  • Orchestrate and optimize container clusters with Podman.
  • Deploy and harden DSO platforms in secure, air-gapped environments.
  • Package and deploy dependencies, and resolve environment-specific issues.
  • Enable repeatable software delivery without external connectivity.
  • Work with SECOPs teams to maintain DSO platform compliance.
  • Convert DISA STIGs, NIST 800-171, and RMF controls into automated validation scripts and policy-as-code configurations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system-level issues, including SELinux denials, pipeline token validation problems, and network or VPN bottlenecks.
  • Review developer telemetry, feedback, and build metrics to improve the developer experience.
  • Partner with software, security, and systems engineering teams, and advise developers on DevSecOps practices.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Bring 5–7 years of post-graduation professional experience in DevSecOps, DevOps, platform or systems engineering, or software engineering, with a strong focus on automation or platform administration.
  • Have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Be a U.S. citizen.
  • Be able to travel up to 10%.
  • Know modern, secure SDLC practices, including Agile/Scrum, branching strategies, secure code reviews, automated linting, and release packaging.
  • Have practical experience building and scaling CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins or another orchestrator.
  • Have practical experience orchestrating containerized workloads with Podman, Docker, or Kubernetes.
  • Be able to write and modularize Infrastructure as Code with Ansible, OpenTofu, or another automation approach.
  • Have intermediate Python skills and strong Linux/Unix Bash scripting skills.
  • Be proficient with Git version control.
  • Demonstrate systems-level troubleshooting of operating system, container, or CI/CD pipeline issues.
  • Communicate effectively and be willing to mentor junior engineers.
  • Be able to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
