- Partner with engineers, observe onboarding, and uncover developer-experience obstacles

- At least three years of software engineering experience, including substantial work in infrastructure, platform engineering, or developer productivity
- Practical confidence with AWS, infrastructure as code such as Terraform or OpenTofu, CI/CD systems, and Linux and container fundamentals
- Strong general-purpose programming ability, especially in TypeScript and Python when appropriate
- Deep technical understanding of AWS, containers and ECS, networking, and infrastructure as code
- A product-minded approach to improving developer experience
- Experience with Spacelift or Atlantis, Datadog, Firetiger or Chronosphere, or GitHub Actions or Buildkite is a plus
- Experience leading incident management, setting SLAs, and maintaining site availability under very high traffic is a plus
- Experience supporting contributors who are not engineers is a plus; applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
