- Build and maintain quality software components using modern languages, including C++20/23 and Rust.
- Use AI coding assistants and agents as part of daily software development.
- Contribute to an agile workflow centered on continuous integration and deployment or delivery.
- Work with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and test software for advanced microscopy solutions.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to keep the platform current.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Strong proficiency in C++ or Rust; experience with both is preferred.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and modern development tools.
- Practical experience using agentic AI in software development, including coding assistants and agents such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor.
- Experience with prompt and context engineering.
- Experience with AI-assisted code review and testing.
- Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated C++ and Rust code for correctness, security, and performance, including memory safety, concurrency, and undefined behavior.
- Experience building agentic workflows or tools, such as with LLM APIs, tool calling, MCP, or multi-agent patterns, is an advantage.
- A degree in Computer Science or a comparable field.
- At least five years of hands-on software development experience with application software or large-scale professional systems.
- Familiarity with agile methods such as Scrum or FDD and with CI/CD practices.
- An open-minded, adaptable, solution-oriented approach, with readiness to embrace changing technologies, AI-enabled ways of working, and market needs.
- A constructive team player who values collaboration and offers thoughtful, actionable solutions.
