- Lead GAAP-compliant financial statement preparation and review
- Design, implement, and monitor controls that reduce financial risk and support regulatory compliance
- Partner with cross-functional teams on audits, reporting, and process improvement
- Manage the controllership function’s daily operations
- Maintain compliance with accounting policies and regulations
- Direct the financial close process
- Analyze financial information to inform business decisions
- Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Report to the Finance Director
- Advance strategic initiatives and financial governance across the organization
आवश्यकताएँ
- Background in financial controllership, financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance management
- Strong understanding of GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial regulatory requirements
- Proficiency with ERP and financial platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or comparable systems
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex financial information
- Proven experience leading audits and implementing effective control frameworks
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- At least five years of experience in controllership or financial management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-management skills
- Experience in a corporate finance setting, ideally with a large multinational company
- Ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders at multiple levels
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
