- Lead Stranger Soccer UAE’s content, social media, and SEO operations
- Create short-form Reels, TikToks, Stories, match highlights, and promotional videos with CapCut Pro, Descript, or equivalent tools
- Design game announcements, event promotions, sponsor materials, and player graphics using Canva Pro and AI-assisted tools
- Write captions, community communications, event descriptions, and marketing copy in a consistent brand voice
- Work with the UAE-based videographer on shot briefs, footage reviews, feedback, and quality control
- Manage the Stranger Soccer UAE Instagram account across its feed, Reels, Stories, and Highlights
- Grow TikTok with native, trend-led content at a minimum of 4–5 posts per week
- Maintain the Facebook presence and cross-post relevant content
- Organize weekly and monthly content calendars around games and marketing activations
- Handle direct messages, comments, and player questions
- Prepare monthly social reports covering follower growth, engagement rate, reach, saves, and content-attributed bookings
- Drive organic search performance for high-intent UAE football keywords
- Perform keyword research and develop SEO strategy with Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console
- Improve website pages through titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, and schema markup
- Write 2–4 SEO-focused blog articles monthly, each ranging from 800–1,500 words
- Manage and improve the Google Business Profile, including weekly updates, review generation, and Q&A responses
- Develop backlinks through local partnerships and outreach
- Deliver monthly SEO reports on keyword positions, organic traffic, and highest-performing content
- Plan weekly and monthly content around the game schedule, campaigns, and community events
- Run campaigns for Ramadan football, National Day, Dubai Fitness Challenge 30x30, holidays, venue launches, and pass launches
- Track competitors across social media and SEO
- Find and develop stories from the player community
- Achieve targets for TikTok and Instagram engagement, SEO rankings, content planning, and bookings
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least 3 years of social media or content experience, preferably with a sports, fitness, hospitality, or community brand
- At least 2 years of practical SEO experience, including Google ranking results, keyword research, on-page optimization, and content strategy
- A portfolio of short-form video work, including Reels or TikToks, with measurable outcomes
- Demonstrated graphic design experience with Canva Pro or Adobe Suite
- Working knowledge of Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics
- Fluent English and strong written communication suited to a warm, professional brand voice
- Ability to work independently across UAE and Philippines time zones during required hours
- Experience with a community, subscription, or membership-based brand is a plus
- Personal interest in football or team sports is a plus
- Familiarity with the UAE market, expatriate culture, or the MENA region is a plus
- Experience with Google Ads or paid social is a plus
