Support ERM’s global sustainability consultancy with ESG communications, reputation, stakeholder, and digital intelligence analysis. The role covers SEO, reporting, content optimisation, and AI-powered search visibility initiatives.

- Deliver media monitoring, social listening, and stakeholder intelligence to inform client communications and reputation strategies.
- Analyse sustainability and ESG stakeholder perceptions using data analysis, benchmarking, and reporting.
- Support SEO, GEO, and content optimisation programmes that strengthen client visibility and discoverability.
- Prepare client and project-team reports, dashboards, and actionable recommendations.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams while maintaining accuracy, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Advance ERM’s digital intelligence and strategic communications work through analytics and AI-enabled technologies.
- Provide insight into corporate reputation, sustainability conversations, and ESG issues.
- Contribute to client meetings, workshops, and strategic planning sessions.
- Use digital intelligence platforms for media monitoring, social listening, and stakeholder analysis.
- Produce reports on topics, stakeholder maps, sentiment, and peer performance.
- Assess competitor communications, sustainability positioning, media presence, and digital performance.
- Track AI-powered search environments and generative search engines.
- Complete SEO, GEO, and content optimisation audits.
- Support Sustainability Report development, with attention to digital accessibility and content quality.
- Write short- and long-form content for multichannel communications programmes and ESG reports.
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least two years of experience in a digital communications agency, media or management consultancy, or a related setting.
- Experience with media monitoring, social listening, and digital intelligence platforms such as Meltwater, Signal AI, Semrush, Muck Rack, Cision, or similar tools.
- Working knowledge of SEO principles, digital content performance measurement, and content optimisation methods.
- Strong research and analytical skills, including the ability to interpret large quantitative and qualitative datasets and turn them into useful recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to express complex findings through clear, concise, and compelling narratives.
- Experience creating reports, presentations, dashboards, or executive summaries with close attention to detail.
- Knowledge of sustainability, ESG, stakeholder engagement, and corporate reputation.
- Ability to manage concurrent projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Preferred: Background in corporate communications, reputation management, sustainability communications, digital marketing, or a related discipline.
- Preferred: Interest in AI-powered search, Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), and the changing digital communications landscape.
- Preferred: Interest in sustainability, digital optimisation, corporate affairs, or ESG communications.
- Ability to work flexibly across time zones and client and industry contexts.
- Willingness and ability to produce high-quality short- and long-form content for multichannel communications programmes and sections of ESG reports.
