- Source and negotiate events that showcase Pernod Ricard products at venues and through digital channels, supporting distribution and sales growth.
- Negotiate event programs that increase product volume by presenting the beverage portfolio.
- Build and support partner distributor teams in acquiring events.
- Secure menu placement for products and create cocktail offerings linked to the portfolio.
- Prepare creative briefs for communications materials and deliver initiatives at venues and on digital platforms.
- Evaluate beverage communication and product visibility at customer locations to strengthen brand presence and sales.
- Train client-company employees on products, production, serving techniques, cocktails, and responsible consumption.
- Track monthly purchases and point-of-sale inventory through reporting.
- Implement discount and promotional-gift programs, then monitor their volume results.
- Manage the regional budget against projected return on investment.
- Track payment processes involving partner distributors and direct customers.
- Review competitors’ event activities and develop sales ideas for the On-Premise channel.
- Analyze visit, customer, and promotional activity data, prepare reports, and present findings to the direct supervisor.
- Continuously assess the events channel and create plans and incentives to grow sales.
