- Support underwriting and monitoring activities for the commercial loan portfolio
- Analyze business and personal financial statements, tax returns, aging reports, inventory records, and third-party appraisals
- Calculate cash flow using approved software and financial models
- Evaluate financial condition, industry performance, and market trends
- Perform credit investigations and assess loan-related credit information
- Research available credit and financial information sources
- Complete annual loan reviews, assign risk grades, and prepare problem loan reports
- Gather financial data and conduct covenant monitoring and testing
- Maintain credit files with required documentation, updated financial statements, and agency reports
- Identify and report loan covenant non-compliance
- Research industries and contribute to assigned special projects
