Clinical Coordinator – Nursing Student Placements

Coordinate clinical placements, schedules, records, and compliance for nursing students in Miramar and Miami. Work with clinical partners, faculty, students, and nursing leadership to support program requirements.

विवरण

  • Coordinate nursing students’ clinical placements and assign them to suitable sites.
  • Submit and track placements in CCPS, Rotation Manager, Complio, SilkRoad, MyClinicalExchange, and other placement systems.
  • Match students with sites according to program requirements, availability, student needs, and clinical capacity.
  • Review VECHS fingerprints for the Miami and Miramar programs with clinical leadership.
  • Maintain clinical schedules, assignments, rotations, records, spreadsheets, and tracking reports.
  • Track site approvals, compliance clearances, onboarding steps, deadlines, and clinical milestones.
  • Coordinate placement, assignment, requirement, and approval updates with partners, students, faculty, and nursing leaders.
  • Submit student clinical documents electronically and monitor their approval status.
  • Coordinate faculty clinical assignments, schedules, site details, and requirements.
  • Give students assignment details, schedules, clearance instructions, deadlines, and virtual support.
  • Work with the clinical coordination team to support clinical experiences and site orientations.
  • Help meet clinical-hour regulations set by ACEN and other accrediting agencies.
  • Attend virtual and clinical partner meetings and maintain communication with stakeholders.
  • Work 40-hour weeks and attend at least one in-person meeting each calendar quarter.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • At least three years of experience in a coordinator position or a related administrative or clerical support role.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working under tight deadlines.
  • Experience with data entry, recordkeeping, and compliance.
  • Critical thinking skills to solve problems, analyze trends, and make recommendations.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities, manage goals, and meet deadlines.
