  • Manage civil engineering design for complex site development and utility infrastructure projects.
  • Mentor and support junior engineering and design staff.
  • Contribute to stakeholder meetings, design charrettes, and design reviews.
  • Prepare technical reports, engineering calculations, and design documents.
  • Coordinate project work to deliver quality results on schedule and meet client needs.
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams to develop engineering solutions.
  • Lead complex land development projects from initial planning through completion.
  • Serve clients on government facilities, U.S. military installations, aircraft hangars and airfield pavements, commercial and retail developments, industrial and office parks, and public infrastructure projects.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
  • Current Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
  • At least eight years of related civil engineering experience.
  • Land development experience covering earthwork grading, civil site design, utilities, hydrology and stormwater management, storm drain hydraulics, construction details, and plan preparation.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Federal Department of Defense (DoD) project experience preferred.
  • Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) project experience preferred.
  • Experience managing technical staff and project delivery teams preferred.
  • Familiarity with large-scale public sector and infrastructure projects preferred.
