- Advise CRO leaders and other bank executives on strategic decisions.
- Keep risk appetite aligned with growth targets.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bring solid experience in business analytics, data analytics, data science, or market intelligence in financial services, with the ability to work in Risk or CRO functions.
- Have hands-on expertise designing, running, and statistically evaluating A/B tests and controlled experiments.
- Have practical experience using generative AI and AI-assisted tools to automate analysis, uncover data insights, and improve daily productivity.
- Be proficient in customer research methods and able to guide the bank’s market research initiatives.
- Understand customer lifecycle dynamics and credit products.
- Have hands-on experience developing hypotheses, building backtests, simulating scenarios, and measuring financial impact.
- Have advanced SQL and data analysis programming skills, especially in Python, and experience with big data and cloud environments such as Databricks and Snowflake.
- Be highly proficient with Databricks and experienced with visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Have prior experience at a bank or fintech, with direct exposure to risk management or portfolio intelligence.
- Have hands-on experience conducting market research that combines studies with transactional data, and managing external research partners and institutes.
- Have experience using large language models, prompt engineering, or AI API integrations to accelerate advanced analytics development.
