- Bring 2–5 years of experience in brand, content, social media, community, or employer branding.
- Communicate effectively in written and spoken English.
- Create engaging, authentic content.
- Have experience managing social media accounts, tracking content trends, and building communities.
- Understand company culture, employee experience, and internal engagement.
- Manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Apply strong analytical skills and understand how brand affects growth, hiring, and retention.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
