- Build persuasive case strategies that address emotional arguments and support favorable outcomes
- Pursue high standards and continuous excellence across all aspects of the work
- Handle court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials independently

- Active California bar license
- One to eight years of substantive litigation experience, including case strategy, depositions, and trial preparation
- Capacity to manage a complete caseload independently from discovery through trial

- Working knowledge of litigation timekeeping and billing systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Self-directed approach with strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
