- Develop and deliver integrated brand campaigns, retail and shopper marketing, CRM and lifecycle communications, healthcare enrollment and member communications, patient education, social and content, retail media and commerce assets, in-store experiences, personalization programs, and AI-supported creative production
- Create, manage, and guide the visual direction, tone, and feel of strategy-led creative concepts across multiple media
- Write manifestos, scripts, digital and content materials, campaigns, activations, and social posts across multiple projects, deliverables, and clients
- Edit and review work for grammar, formatting, strategic alignment, client tone, style, audience, and objectives
- Develop media-agnostic creative solutions that account for communication goals, client requirements, schedules, and budgets
- Contribute to projects for a diverse range of clients
