Accounts Receivable and Billing Specialist
Accounts receivable and billing specialist at Conduent, supporting invoicing, audits, and operational monitoring. This is a hybrid role based in Mexico.
विवरण
- Support team leaders and managers with metric preparation
- Assist audits by providing supporting records and documentation
- Ensure appropriate, current process and operating procedure documentation is available and used
- Maintain compliance with internal and external guidelines and standardized processes
- Generate invoices in response to immediate requests during the shift
- Monitor and review progress
- Promptly alert management when warning signs are identified
- Work either the 4:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. shift or the 12:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. shift
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance, or equivalent experience
- Portuguese is preferred
- Strong sense of urgency
- At least one year of experience in financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, auditing, accounting, cadastro, or vendor master data management
- Knowledge of finance and accounting in the automotive industry is highly valued
- Customer-focused and quality-oriented
- Advanced Excel proficiency is highly valued
- Availability for extended hours and weekends during month-end close when required
