- Oversee Accounts Payable activities and track payment deadlines
- Process payment entries and reconcile them in the financial system
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on CNAB return files
- Reconcile bank accounts and compare general ledger balances with bank records
- Review financial entries and investigate discrepancies
- Track and reconcile corporate credit card transactions
- Monitor bank accounts and related transactions
- Resolve rejected payments, returned funds, and outstanding transactions
- Distribute payment receipts and address internal inquiries
- Assist with internal and external audits by compiling documents, receipts, and supporting evidence
- Organize financial records to preserve transaction traceability
- Assist with Treasury activities during month-end close
- Work with Accounting, Tax, Procurement, suppliers, banks, and audit teams
आवश्यकताएँ
- Professional experience in Accounts Payable or Treasury is required
- Understanding of banking procedures and reconciliation practices
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience using ERP platforms, ideally TOTVS Protheus
- Foundational knowledge of taxes and withholdings related to financial transactions
- Willingness to adopt new technologies, automation, artificial intelligence, and continuous process improvement
