Accountant – São Paulo (Hybrid)
Manage accounting, reconciliations, and compliance for inDrive’s multinational entities. Support NetSuite controls, tax filings, audits, and month-end close across Brazil and Mexico.

- Maintain accounting records for multiple local entities under group policies and local GAAP requirements.
- Coordinate tax filings and statutory compliance with local accounting and tax providers.
- Lead cash and bank reconciliations, ensuring transactions are accurately matched in NetSuite.
- Administer employee-related accounts, including receivables, advances, and expense reimbursements.
- Manage Yokoy and integrate employee expenses into the general ledger.
- Reconcile balance sheet and profit-and-loss accounts in NetSuite.
- Record and review expense reports, journal entries, deposits, payroll files, revenue recognition, and foreign-currency revaluations.
- Serve as financial controller for smaller international entities, handling controls, reconciliations, and month-end close under US GAAP and audit requirements.
- Support audits by preparing records, liaising with auditors, and resolving information requests.
- Strengthen accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting quality for assigned entities.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
- Three to five years of accounting or financial-control experience, preferably with an international company.
- Strong knowledge of local accounting and tax rules in Brazil and Mexico, plus US GAAP; IFRS knowledge is advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience in general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Practical experience with expense-management platforms; Yokoy experience is especially valuable.
- Working knowledge of tax compliance and collaboration with external tax advisers.
- Advanced English proficiency at B2 level or above, with strong written and spoken communication.
- NetSuite experience is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with accounts-payable systems and intercompany processes.
- Capability to independently manage the full accounting cycle for small entities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, close attention to detail, and the capacity to prioritize in a fast-moving environment.
