Account Executive supporting public relations, media, influencer, and client communications for luxury travel and hospitality brands. The role coordinates campaigns, reporting, media relations, and experiential activations.

- Support PR campaign execution through proactive media and influencer outreach
- Manage routine client communications, opportunity updates, meeting recaps, and reporting
- Research and maintain targeted media and influencer databases
- Track industry developments and surface relevant opportunities for clients
- Create pitches, press releases, fact sheets, reports, and other client communications
- Organize media visits, interviews, and influencer engagements
- Monitor media activity and document resulting coverage
- Compile monthly and quarterly performance reports
- Keep account trackers, calendars, press kits, and related materials up to date
- Work with strategists, creatives, data specialists, and colleagues on client campaigns and agency projects
- Provide consistently strong service to clients
