Spruce builds software for UK heat-pump and heating businesses, helping installers manage work from a customer enquiry through system design and compliant handover. Its platform brings together LiDAR room scanning, floorplan tracing, automated estimates, CAD-style drawings, proposals with e-signatures, and an MCS-compliant quality management system. Shared tools connect installers with suppliers and umbrella schemes. Spruce reports that more than 750 installers use the product; the company operates in SaaS, B2B software, and energy, and has an 11–50 person team.
