Working Student ISMS and Compliance – Berlin Hybrid
Join Solarize as a working student supporting the ISMS and compliance program for cloud-based energy software. Contribute to ISO 27001, mobile device management, audit readiness, and secure AI adoption.
Tavsif
- Assist with implementing and reviewing ISO/IEC 27001:2022 requirements
- Maintain security policies, evidence, and risk assessments
- Provide support for internal and external audits
- Establish relevant ISMS KPIs, automate data collection where practical, and report results through dashboards
- Identify actionable improvements based on KPI findings
- Advance the ISMS with streamlined processes, stronger controls, and practical documentation
- Help develop mobile device management for company hardware, including security policies, configuration profiles, and device deployment
- Create policies, approval workflows, and technical safeguards for responsible AI tool usage
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and Information Security stakeholders
- Convert security requirements into workable solutions
Talablar
- Currently studying Computer Science, Business Informatics, IT Security, Security Management, or a related technology discipline
- Some exposure to information security through coursework, projects, CTFs, or a home lab
- Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, identity and access management, and endpoint devices
- Ability to use Python, Bash, or TypeScript to automate recurring work
- Thoughtful use of AI tools with critical assessment of their outputs
- Methodical working style with strong documentation skills
- Availability for 15–20 hours weekly during the lecture period, ideally for at least 12 months
- Very good German and English communication skills
- Knowledge of ISO 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz, or NIS2 is a plus
- Experience with MDM platforms or Apple device administration is a plus
- Interest in the energy transition and familiarity with billing data are a plus
