WUP INGENIEURE is seeking an engineer or technician to plan building services projects in Cologne. The role covers HOAI service phases 1–9 and ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems.

- Plan and deliver projects involving ventilation, indoor air quality, air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
- Manage HOAI service phases 1–9 independently.
- Develop technical concepts and sustainable building services solutions.
- Design ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems to current standards and guidelines.
- Advise and support clients throughout each project.
- Coordinate project stakeholders and represent client interests with external partners.
- Maintain project quality and cost-effectiveness while meeting deadlines.
Talablar
- A degree in building services engineering, building technology, energy and building technology, or a comparable discipline.
- Alternatively, advanced training as a state-certified technician or master craftsperson specializing in ventilation, air conditioning or refrigeration technology.
- Professional experience designing and installing ventilation, air conditioning or refrigeration systems.
- Knowledge of HOAI, relevant standards, guidelines and technical regulations.
- Experience in technical building services (TGA).
- Confident communication and strong client consulting skills.
- Negotiation ability, cost awareness and commercial understanding.
- An independent, organized and solution-focused approach to work.
