UX/UI Designer - Veldhoven, Netherlands (Onsite)
Design mobile and web tools that help small businesses manage customers, quotes, invoices, and payments. Lead an early-stage product from research and discovery through launch at Merapar.
Tavsif
- Research how business owners attract customers, prepare quotes, and receive payment
- Translate research findings into practical design decisions
- Develop user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for mobile and web products
- Create streamlined experiences for managing quotes, invoices, and customer information
- Design clear, trustworthy flows for sending quotes and recording payments
- Establish and maintain a unified design system across mobile and web platforms
- Work closely with the product manager, frontend and backend developers, and data engineer
- Contribute to product strategy, visual direction, and the overall user experience
- Apply brand guidelines and accessibility principles to all designs
- Refine product experiences based on user feedback and analytics
- Help define the product foundation and shape the experience from early concepts to launch
Talablar
- Professional experience in UX/UI or product design
- A portfolio demonstrating both the design process and final outcomes
- Strong knowledge of user-centred design principles
- Experience creating products for mobile and web
- Proficiency in Figma or comparable design tools
- Practical experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Ability to communicate design rationale clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfort working in an early-stage product environment with evolving requirements
- Curiosity and willingness to explore emerging tools, including AI tools
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Experience designing data-driven features such as dashboards, reports, or customer records is a plus
- Experience building products for small businesses or creating quoting, invoicing, or payment flows is a plus
- Experience establishing a design system from the ground up is a plus
- Basic HTML and CSS knowledge is a plus
