UX Designer (Mobile & Financial Products) - Porto Alegre Hybrid
Design mobile interfaces and digital financial experiences through user research, prototyping, usability testing, and close collaboration with product and technology teams at DB.
Tavsif
- Support technical teams by defining and validating usage scenarios and user journeys
- Facilitate ideation, brainstorming, co-creation, and other collaborative workshops
- Plan and conduct quantitative and qualitative studies to understand user behavior
- Turn research findings into practical, effective design solutions
- Produce low- and high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes
- Run usability evaluations and refine designs based on findings
- Design interfaces for mobile applications
- Help develop and maintain Design Systems
- Collaborate with product teams, technology teams, and other stakeholders
- Contribute to a financial-sector project focused on systems development, banking automation, and digital transformation
Talablar
- Experience facilitating collaborative workshops such as ideation and co-creation sessions
- Background in quantitative and qualitative user research
- Working knowledge of UX/UI principles, methods, and tools
- Experience producing wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes
- Understanding of the Discovery process for digital products
- Experience planning and conducting usability tests
- Experience designing mobile interfaces
- Knowledge of Design Systems
- Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar tools
- Strong communication, initiative, empathy, and negotiation abilities
- Availability for hybrid work in Porto Alegre, RS, including two weeks on-site at the client location
- Degree in Design, Advertising, or a related discipline, with relevant fields including Interaction, Interface, Service, Graphic Design with a UX focus
- Experience applying product thinking
- Experience with Product Discovery
- Experience partnering closely with technology teams on scenario definition, validation, and related work
- A portfolio with clearly documented UX Design projects is required
